Our Story
Lyla & Kennedy was crafted and created in a classic tradition to celebrate Life.
Childhood friends Danny Polise and Mike Paladini quickly realized they wanted to create a wine that embodied the daily joy of celebrating life’s pleasures – big and small. To commemorate the occasion of the birth of Danny’s children, they created the Lyla & Kennedy brand.
They set out to discover and produce a Rosé everyone could appreciate and enjoy, aged in bourbon barrels from their bourbon company, Penelope.
Together, Mike and Danny built up a team to collaborate and work together to accomplish great things. It’s the best way to work, and the most fun. From the founding team to the newest hires, the Lyla & Kennedy team is an eclectic group of wine enthusiasts and weekend warriors. They possess a certain joie de vivre and wouldn’t have it any other way.
